Kwik-Klik installed a heavy duty Clip to Scaffold hoarding which remained in place during the 5-year construction programme of The Shard in London.
The vast site perimeter hoarding and vehicular gates are made from Clip to Scaffold panels with heavy duty vertical steel supports concreted into the ground on the workside.
As seen in the photographs we replaced a poor quality timber hoarding with a robust PVC hoarding that would last for the duration of the project.
Bespoke graphics were added to maintain a prestige appearance throughout the project.
Kwik-Klik also installed Welfare facilities on several floors within the frame of the building, providing construction workers with temporary offices, canteens, changing rooms and WCs.
The temporary facilities were configured from re-usable PVC and Fire Rated hoardings and partition panels which were dismantled and relocated on higher floors as the building progressed upwards.
