Kwik-Klik installed 1,088 linear metres of our Kentledge hoarding system across two railway sites at Cardiff Bay Station and the nearby Cart Road Under Bridge site, where bridge strengthening work is being carried out.
The project is being overseen by Transport for Wales, whose overall goal is the increase the electrification of track in Wales.
The Kentledge system used on both projects features re-usable 2.4m white PVC panels which are made from 100% recycled PVC and are 100% recyclable at the end of their usable life.
Six sets of vehicular gates and six digi-lock personnel doors are built in to the hoardings at key locations to allow secure site access to trade teams, plant and materials.
The hoardings are expected to be in place for 9 to 12 months.
