Working with Treebox, and the Estates Department at Guy’s Hospital, Kwik-Klik has installed its first ivy-clad ‘Living Hoarding’ in central London.
The 100% recycled PVC Clip to Scaffold hoarding is covered by living ivy which will continue to grow throughout the project. Water trays are positioned behind the hoarding to ensure that the roots have access to water during dry periods and the tendrils of the ivy are woven through a mesh frame which sits over the hoarding panels.
Ivy grows steadily in sunlight and shade and requires minimal maintenance.
