Kwik-Klik converted an external storage bay at Scotts Packaging into a foodsafe and firesafe enclosed production area using our 100mm (1 hour) Fire-Rated Hoarding system.
Our cost-effective solution used the existing steel framework of an external overhang and involved installing 6 metre-high grey panels to create a weather proof exterior wall incorporating a sliding, lockable door on the side elevation and giving access into the main plant.
The second phase of the project was the installation of an internal dividing wall, also using our Fire Rated system, to create a 5 metre air lock which prevents access by birds and vermin to the fully enclosed foodsafe workspace.
