Kwik-Klik installed 77 linear metres of our re-usable white PVC Freestanding system to create a series of robust and hygienic foodsafe partitions for a specialist food manufacturer in Melton Mowbray.
The self-supporting 3m high PVC foodsafe partitions were installed in two phases and stability is guaranteed by the unique Kwik-Klik 15kg Weights which are used behind the partition wall.
Sealed hygienic conditions are maintained by flame retardant white scaffold sheeting above the PVC panels of the Foodsafe Partition and by strip curtains (not shown in the photographs) which allow access to fork lifts through the partition.
An integral double personnel door was installed within the partition to allow employees access into the newly created storage area. The photographs feature racking housing speciality cheeses made on the site.
