Kwik-Klik installed a 27.5 linear metre R-11 Bolt Down system to screen retail unit upgrade work at London’s Euston Station.
2.5m high white PVC panels were installed with a Monoflex screen fitted securely above the hoarding to provide a dust seal during works.
The robust R-11 Station Upgrade hoarding system will be in the busy retail concourse area of Euston Station for 10 weeks. It was installed by the Kwik-Klik team in one night during ‘engineering hours’ to minimise disruption to rail passengers and station staff.
High-visibility yellow steel corner flashings were added to alert station users to the new temporary structure in an area where they may walk on their daily commute.
A Digi-lock entry Double Personnel Door Set was built into the hoarding to allow access to trade teams during the upgrade project.
Detailed engineering drawings were prepared before installation and the client chose to hire the 100% reusable hoarding system which will be fully dismantled and removed on completion – generating Zero Waste to Landfill Sites.
