Kwik-Klik installed a full height 1 hour 100mm Fire-Rated factory partition wall in a storage facility of one of the world’s leading pet food manufacturers.
The partition wall required 190 square metres of our 1 hour Fire-Rated cladding panels and was installed using a crane fitted with a suction pad attachment to allow each panel to be safely manoeuvred into place.
Panels up to 8 metres in lengths were cut to size on site to fit the pitched roof of the storage building in Batley, West Yorkshire, and the hoarding panels were attached to the existing steel framework.
The thermal, insulation and sound-inhibiting qualities of the hoarding panels ensures that the permanent partition wall will be a durable solution to segregate parts of the production and storage process.
